Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads Facebook Ads and others with a focus on lead generation.
Conduct research analyze target audience segments and create effective targeting strategies.
Create compelling ad copies and visuals for lead conversions.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics like CPL conversion rates and ROAS.
Implement and test lead generation tactics such as forms landing pages and CTAs.
Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance providing insights for
improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation for services.
Implement tracking mechanisms for accurate lead attribution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of handson experience in paid marketing specializing in services lead generation.
Proven track record of generating highquality leads through paid marketing campaigns.
Indepth understanding of performance marketing conversion metrics and online customer acquisition in the services sector.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads Facebook Ads and other paid marketing platforms.
Proficiency in lead generation tactics including forms landing pages CTAs and lead nurturing.
Solid analytical skills for data interpretation and campaign optimization.
Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is desired.
Excellent communication timemanagement and problemsolving skills.
Familiarity with SEO is a plus.
