Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference and improvement
Proficient in working with the Shopify platform Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand product features. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
