Job Description
Customer Assistance:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels including email chat and social media.
Provide detailed and accurate information about our products to address customer queries effectively.
Product Knowledge:
Learn and maintain a deep understanding of our product line to diagnose customer issues accurately.
Stay updated on product features specifications and troubleshooting procedures.
Issue Resolution:
Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our products.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
Communication:
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to ensure a positive support experience.
Document customer interactions and solutions for future reference and improvement
Proficient in working with the Shopify platform Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand product features. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
