Our Client

Proudly supporting over 500 locations across Canada our Client is the independent marketing firm for a parent company to six wellestablished national retail brands. Responsible for managing the strategic delivery of digital marketing and customer experience our Client is also working to create growth opportunities within the Ecommerce platform of each of the six national brands.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Services the Brand & Creative Content Manager will be responsible for the expansion of all digital and brand marketing efforts for 2 established Canadian Brands. Based fulltime at our Client’s Winnipeg MB office the Brand & Creative Content Manager will be liable to plan monitor and execute all digital and brandspecific marketing campaigns and ensure seamless integration of brand value customer satisfaction traffic growth opportunities and holistic communication strategies across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be resultsdriven and highly organized with experience in creating successful strategies to optimize brand awareness ecommerce growth store traffic and customer communication through the online digital ecosystem.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education in sales & marketing graphic design visual communication or similar relevant experience
  • 3 years of experience in a comparable role preferrably including 12 years of leadership experience
  • Comprehensive branding & graphic design experience is required
  • HTML/UX/UI Design experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Omni Channel Marketing Strategies
  • Practical experience working in a Digital Marketing leadership role with working knowledge of:
    • Brand Management
    • VOC
    • Social Media Marketing
    • Content Marketing
    • Email Marketing
    • Mobile Marketing
    • Marketing Analytics
    • Affiliate Marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing automation
  • Proven success in driving topline revenue while building on existing brand loyalty
  • A passion for fashion and retail
  • Proficiency using design software applications including but not limited to:
    • Adobe Creative Suite InDesign Illustrator Photoshop
    • Microsoft Office Suite Word and Excel PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • The ability to articulate design rationale to Stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of print production and vendor management
  • High level of comprehension and the ability to anticipate potential roadblocks
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously through a strong team of people
  • Detailorientated with strong organizational skills to effectively meet deadlines

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Provide daily leadership direction and support to a small team of marketing professionals
  • Collaborate with brand and media agency partners to drive results and maximize Return On Investment (ROI)
  • Work closely with the ECommerce team to ensure effective and successful delivery of online and storelevel objectives.
  • Partner with Operations Purchasing and ECommerce teams to meet sales and customer acquisition targets
  • Create and execute an Omni Channel B2C marketing strategy (on and offline)
  • Define and implement annual digital marketing strategies brand content and website traffic plan in adherence with allocated budgets
  • Execute against agreedupon metrics to build brand presence and reach online
  • Responsible for all communications engagement and content creation across all digital and offline marketing channels
  • Understand and evaluate the competitive retail landscape to position and differentiate the brand
  • Maintain knowledge and impact change quickly when necessary for customer engagement trends and developments
  • Identify the need for new products and services and make recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Manage and define best practices for analytics on a brand level and enterprise projects
  • Ensure consistency ongoing benchmarking and analysis of marketing performance including datadriven recommendations to improve future success
