Job Overview

We are hiring a Hydraulic Technician SPM. As a Hydraulic Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hydraulic systems and equipment specifically focusing on Special Purpose Machines (SPM). This is a fulltime position based in Govarthanagiri Chennai Tamil Nadu India and we are looking for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education ITI or Diploma mechanical / electrical

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Hydraulic Technician or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of pneumatics hydraulics and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

• Proficient in electrical wiring and troubleshooting.

• Experience in machine assembly and production planning.

• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and equipment including Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

• Perform routine maintenance repairs and replacements of hydraulic components.

• Identify and diagnose issues with hydraulic systems and develop effective repair solutions.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement improvements to hydraulic systems.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance repairs and modifications.

• Train and mentor junior technicians in hydraulic system maintenance and repair techniques.
