Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Planning & Control SPM. This role involves developing and implementing production plans coordinating with various departments and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SPM (Special Purpose Machines) and be skilled in Pneumatics Hydraulics Electrical Wiring machine assembly and Production planning. This is a fulltime position based in Govarthanagiri Chennai Tamil Nadu India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field

• 13 years of experience in production planning and control preferably in the SPM industry

• Proven knowledge of Pneumatics Hydraulics SPM Electrical Wiring machine assembly and Production planning

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Leadership and supervisory skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop production plans and schedules based on customer orders and resource availability

• Monitor and track production progress ensuring adherence to the schedule

• Coordinate with various departments such as procurement quality control and engineering to ensure timely completion of production

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

• Resolve any productionrelated issues or delays

• Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and performance

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to machines and equipment

• Train and supervise junior production staff
