We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for one of our sectorleading and highly esteemed clients renowned for their innovative cyber security solutions. In this role the Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for emphasising retention renewals customer satisfaction and growth. Success in this position requires adept relationship management and technical expertise. The CSM will collaborate with business leaders implementing optimal strategies to align with customer business needs and orchestrating crossfunctional teams for a smooth transition from deployment to operations. We seek a handson resultsdriven candidate fluent in Italian.
Responsibilities
Manage Enterpriselevel customer accounts ensuring early value timely renewals and revenue growth.
Navigate complex organizations develop strategic client relationships and foster commitment at a strategic level.
Formulate effective Success Plans based on customer objectives delivering through proactive service for timely renewals high platform adoption and revenue growth.
Lead customerfacing sessions including Quarterly Business Reviews and executive briefings.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to renewals and longterm relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact driving timely resolutions and escalations.
Monitor customer health and value through product usage and satisfaction tracking.
Communicate account status to relevant parties within the organization.
Represent customer needs with crossfunctional teams.
Conduct regular on and offsite meetings to understand customer business requirements.
Assist in developing technical educational marketing and sales materials.
Requirements
4 years of customerfacing experience in a software vendor role.
3 years in SaaS customer success and retention roles.
Software delivery experience preferably in the security space.
Proven track record with enterpriselevel customers.
Indepth understanding of stakeholder management and ownership.
Fluent in Italian.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to develop product/technology/industry knowledge.
Skills, Experience, and Other Requirements 4+ years of customer-facing experience in a software vendor role. 3+ years in SaaS customer success and retention roles. Software delivery experience, preferably in the security space. Proven track record with enterprise-level customers. In-depth understanding of stakeholder management and ownership. Fluent in Italian.
