As IT manager you ll play an iconic role in overseeing our clients digital infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and optimal functionality across various IT systems. You will lead and drive impactful IT initiatives that contribute towards the companys continual growth and success.

Your day to day will look like:

Managing technology integrations and communication between my clients ecommerce platform and their warehouse management system ensuring seamless data flow and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Manage IT systems and necessary security with the clients eCommerce partner acting as the primary point of contact.

Oversee maintenance of XML Feeds URL Maintenance Security Protocols and Internal Security

The preferred applicant will be responsible for overseeing annual IT related contracts vendor management the purchasing and setup of all ITrelated hardware and telephony equipment such as laptops mobile devices cables Screens etc.

Requirements

Required Skills / Experienced :

Proven experience in a similar role within an eCommerce or digital environment.

Strong understanding of XML feeds eCommerce platforms and stock management systems.

Experience with Google and Rackspace email.

Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.

Security protocols and IT infrastructure management.

Able to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.

Bonus Skills advantageous not essential

Proficiency with Magento Brightpearl HTML and web technologies

PowerBI willing to learn building dashboards and reporting
