Role:
- Plan and Develop objectives for the daytoday activities
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize productivity
- Managing Crisis and Escalations
- Analyze data and work on Process Improvement Opportunities
- Monitor and Improve Key Performance Indicators
- Review Performance Trends and take corrective measures
- People Management and Attrition Management EWS
- Any Bachelors Degree
- Min 1 year of ORM Experience in a Manager / Asst Manager role
- Proficient with MS Office and ORM tools
- Exceptional interpersonal customer service problemsolving verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills
