From overseeing sales personnel to setting sales targets, the primary role of Inside Sales Manager is to ensure the success of a company s lead generation team. The Inside Sales Manager is responsible to hire, train, motivate and manage the professional development of an inside sales team, which consists of individuals who conduct prospecting outreach via phones, email, or the Internet.
