**Overview:**
A Travel agent with a unique approach specializing in mentorship and recruitment of aspiring travel agents. This travel agent is dedicated to fostering the growth of their recruits providing comprehensive training and support to help them establish an thrive on their own. Services include marketing strategies client acquisition sales techniques booking assistance and expert guidance within the travel industry. With a strong commitment to education and mentorship this travel agent ensures that all the tools and knowledge needed for success are provided to their recruits. We provide all the training and tools necessary for you to be successful.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment:**
Source interview and evaluate potential travel agent candidates.
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified travel agent candidates for current and future needs.
2. **Talent Attraction:**
Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract travel agents.
Utilize various recruitment channels including online job boards social media and industry networks.
Build and maintain relationships with travel industry professionals to tap into referral networks.
3. **Candidate Assessment:**
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet the companys standards and values.
4. **Onboarding:**
Facilitate the onboarding process for new travel agents ensuring they are wellprepared to succeed in their roles.
5. **Benefits Communication:**
Effectively communicate the enticing benefits we offer such as flexible schedules travel discounts IATAN card opportunities CLIA membership E & O Insurance and certification with suppliers.
6. **Training and Development:**
Assist in organizing and promoting certification classes for suppliers helping travel agents earn free cruises theme park tickets and other rewards upon completion.
7. **Online Presence:**
Create and maintain personal websites for travel agents ensuring they are equipped with the tools and information needed to excel in their roles.
**Qualifications:**
Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment especially in the travel industry is advantageous..
Knowledge of the travel industry including supplier relationships IATAN and CLIA is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented.
Familiarity with online recruiting tools and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
