Tier-1 Undergrad/Postgrad

2-3 years of Strategy Consulting experience with one of the top international consulting firms

Required Leadership Skills

The position will require someone has the following:
Ability to working with the CXO level on corporate projects, especially in a high growth environment.
Exceptional analytical skills to understand key drivers of business
Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations.
Strong MS Office presentation, excel modelling skills
Eye for detail & Process orientation
Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance

Job Description

Strategic Planning and Partner

Work as trusted advisers to the leader s/he works with
Review key performance indicators by creating and maintaining dashboards. This work also includes internal and external communications, operational support and interacting with HC Leadership Team

Direct Support of the CXO/Business Head/Board Member:

Set leader's strategic priorities and help the leader identify areas where they must direct their focus

Strategically manage leader's time to evaluate opportunities and maintain priorities

Prepare agendas for all meetings; and review upcoming meetings for the week to ensure the leader has the information needed to be as productive as possible

Monitor information flow in order to ensure Leader's involvement in project or decision-making process at the
right moment

Project Management:

Oversee cross-functional/concept-wide projects or initiatives
Bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions
Research, benchmark, analyze data, and make recommendations
