Job Description
Your Mission
As a Product Lead you will be responsible for creating a product vision developing the roadmap and working on new product features while working closely with our CPO as well as Sales Customer Success Engineering and Design teams.
Your Responsibilities
- You will drive the processes strategy and roadmap across a wide scope and shape both the product and culture of Predium
- You will closely work with the founding team to implement and develop the vision of the Predium platform
- You will own the product development processes from discovery to delivery
- You will partner closely with our customers and our internal Customer Success Sales and Engineering teams to prioritize and execute on the roadmap
- You will help build the product team and culture from the ground up
Your Profile
- You have experience in product management ideally in a B2B SaaS startup or a similar fast paced environment
- You have shipped software features that users love at scale
- You have an extreme attention to detail and a high bar for product excellence
- You have a strong analytical mindset and thrive in ambiguous situations
- You have strong written and verbal German communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves set up and drive execution turn incomplete conflicting or early inputs into solid product requirements
- You are excited about solving climate change and eager to contribute on a high scale
