Service Technician (Mechanical)

(Based in Singapore)

ORGANISATION:

You will be reporting to the Service Manager and will be in charge of providing engineering service and support to customers to resolve any technical and operational issues on the company line of products mostly related to the marine environment but also include the industrial line of products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical expertise and customer support: Inspections measurements installations repairs and overhauls in Singapore and the Region.

Customer support: Serve as customer facing technical resource and work in collaboration with technicians and clients.

Documentation Create and maintain installation data service information and repair log in the company enterprise database.

Workshop management: Make sure that the company workshop is well maintained the tools and equipment s are clean and easily available to use.

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Diploma in mechanical engineering. ITE will also be considered.
  
• You have technical(field) experience in repairs maintenance and repair work in marine shipping industrial or offshore industry.
  
• Experience working in marine on machinery or equipment like diesel engines gearboxes and gensets is preferred.
  
• Working knowledge of MS word MS Excel and MS Power Point and SAP is required.
  
• You are passionate about machinery and engineering.
  
• Independent hardworking and hands on you get excited by challenges tasks.
  
• You are willing to travel local interstate and other international locations as required.
