Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to troubleshoot conditions in a production setting
Perform die set operations
Perform PM s on metal stamping dies
Perform quality checks
Perform other duties as required
Complete all required and applicable training required

Education / Experience / Skills: High School Education or Equivalent (GED)
Accountabilities: This position reports directly to the Tooling Supervisor who is responsible for their department.
Qualifications:
Journeyman Tool and Die Card from the Department of Labor preferred.
Previous experience working as a Die Maker
Experience working in a metal stamping facility
Experience with large transfer and progressive dies a plus
Able to lift 40 lbs. frequently depending upon rework
Standing 8 or more hours walking to assist in seat build rework etc...
Ability to solve problems and work with support personnel
Certificates Licenses Registrations
Must be able to meet the requirements of being able to work in the United States (INS Form I9).
EHS Requirements:
Adhere to all Health Safety and Environmental Standards
Report occupational injuries illnesses and accidents
Report hazardous unsafe and unhealthy conditions
Education / Experience / Skills: High School Education or Equivalent (GED)
Does not need automotive experience!
