One of our prestigious clients in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking for a Planning Analyst Digitalization.
Job Overview
Monitoring investigating documenting and reporting on digital solutions. Examine collected data and develop statical models to serve business digital applications systems and procedures within recognized fields of business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning Analyst liaises with various sections of business functions and develops plans schedules budgets and resources for their programs and projects. Track the project progress and report to management. Schedules and participates in project status review meetings and monitors action items.
- Administers the bid process development of bid slate coordination of all preliminary phases of contract procurement and the preparation of contract drafts.
- Attends job explanation or negotiations meetings as directed for different types of contracts. Understands the procurement options available and ensures conformance with industry practices established laws Contracting Manual and other organizations policies and procedures.
- Participates in the crossfunctional review of contracts with the proponent Finance and Legal for different procurement situations.
- Monitors and controls Digitalization contracts status for milestone schedules deliverables payments and report to management. Participates with a team that counsels contractors for performance issues.
- Liaises with Procurement & Supply Chain (PSC) team for Digitalization purchase requirements and coordinate with proponents for technical acceptance of bids.
- Monitors the status of purchase requisitions deliverables and payments and reports to management.
- Maintains records of Digitalization Department KPIs measurements and report to management.
Qualifications
- Saudi national candidates are first preference.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) OR bachelors degree in supply chain management Business Engineering or closely related degree.
- IT Industry Accredited and related certificate e.g. ITIL PMP.
- Proven experience of 3 years in Project/Business Administration.
- Familiar with frameworks and standards associated with IT like ISO 20000 ISO 27001 NIST etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English Language.

Internal Interactions
Frequent contact with Senior Analysts for direction and guidance and with customers for review and evaluation of application requirements.
External Interactions
Frequent contact with vendors for product information and Digitalization projects status.
