Job Description
One of our prestigious clients in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire an Engineer Environmental II I.
JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Ideal candidate is responsible in ensuring that all activities in (including controlled areas of other sites) are executed in accordance with the Integrated Management System requirements and assist in facilitating ongoing regulatory compliance will all applicable legal contractual and regulatory requirements and obligations. This position will provide field inspections designing employee training programs preparing detailed reports analyzing test samples mentoring training and coordination. And ensuring the implementation of environmental regulation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Will be responsible for performing field inspections designing employee training programs preparing detailed reports and analyzing test samples.
- Maintain management information systems that identify the location of hazardous sites chemical inventories and complaint investigations.
- Develop and recommend solutions to eliminate pollution and environmental hazards.
- Design and implement effective employee training programs.
- Collect and analyze test samples of soil water and air.
- Perform research and report your findings on the current environmental conditions.
- Prepare clear and detailed written reports about field inspections.
- Implement spill prevention programs and hazardous waste regulations.
- Sustainability & ESG report.
- Fulfil the requirement of NCEC and MWAN Regulation to ensure the integrated management system is in place.
- Fulfil the requirement of ISO14001 standards to ensure the integrated management system is in place.
- Monitoring and evaluation of implementation plan and followup support.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in environmental planning Environmental Science Environmental Engineering Biological Science Environmental Management or Science).
- Attained or working towards obtaining the NEBOSH Diploma in Environment.
- Attained or working towards obtaining the international membership in Environment.
- Minimum experience of 39 years in an Environmental field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandatory)
- Arabic / Others (desirable)
