Directional Drilling Supervisor - Oilfield Services - KSA

We are looking for Directional Drilling Supervisor for a leading Multinational Oilfield Services client in Saudi Arabia.

Responsible for running the operations of drilling sites effectively monitor the client wellsite and be able to troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to have good leadership skills by providing advice communication and direction to the team and thirdparty wellsite colleagues.
• Solving often complex drilling problems by monitoring analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data.
• Providing resolution to a diverse scope and range of complex problems at the wellsite.
• Having a broad knowledge of the product lines tools and services.
• Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 35 years experience in directional drilling with tools and equipment.
• Working experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
• Show the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Show good problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement improvements.
• Be a positive team player and show the ability to adapt in an everchanging dynamic environment.
• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent allround communication skills.
