Job Description

We are working with an International Oilfield Services who is looking for Logistics Reporting Supervisor for KSA.

As the Logistics Reporting Supervisor in the oil and gas industry you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of logistics and fleet management operations. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our processes and data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Request Handling and Consolidation: Efficiently manage and consolidate incoming logistics and fleetrelated requests ensuring that each request is addressed promptly and accurately.
  2. Data Handling & Dashboard Updates: Maintain and update data related to fleet operations and logistics. Create and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights to our team.
  3. Vendor Interaction: Collaborate with vendors suppliers and service providers to ensure the smooth execution of logistics operations. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the industry.
  4. Purchase Requisition (PR) Raising and Purchase Order (PO) FollowUp: Initiate and manage purchase requisitions ensuring they are processed efficiently. Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and financial accountability.
  5. Daily Weekly and Monthly Reports: Generate comprehensive reports on logistics and fleet management activities on a daily weekly and monthly basis. Ensure the accuracy and timely distribution of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Accruals Preparation/Sharing: Prepare and share accrual reports to maintain financial transparency supporting effective budgeting and forecasting for our operations.

Requirements:

To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics reporting and fleet management within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong data analysis skills including proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor interaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • This position is offered to Saudi Nationals.
