Job Description
We are looking for Health Specialist for our prestigious energy client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Duration: Minimum 6 months (Call out basis)
Job Summary: The Health Specialist conducts health audits and inspections on offshore/onshore platforms ensuring adherence to applicable regulations. This position entails reporting findings related to health collaborating with the rig team to resolve identified issues and delivering training to boost health awareness among rig personnel. The individual is responsible for maintaining precise records of health activities and holds certification for the specialized services rendered.
Responsibilities:
- Perform healthoriented audits and inspections of rig facilities utilizing the companys checklist.
- Document findings in the checklist approved by the company.
- Examine and verify that the company adheres to relevant health regulations.
- Collaborate with the rig team to address and resolve identified healthrelated issues.
- Deliver training and coaching to rig personnel during health audits.
- Maintain precise and uptodate records following established guidelines.
- Possess certification for the services rendered.
Key Duties:
- Conduct audits and inspections focusing on health aspects on offshore/onshore platforms.
- Document and communicate health audit findings using approved checklists.
- Collaborate with the rig team to address and resolve healthrelated concerns.
- Provide impactful training and coaching to improve awareness of health practices.
- Maintain comprehensive and uptodate records of health audit activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Health Specialist in the offshore/onshore industry with a focus on drilling operations for a drilling company in Saudi Arabia or similar expertise.
- Certification as a Health Specialist.
- Indepth knowledge of occupational health regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
