Leading landscaping company in the Pennisula looking for an Accounting Assistant with prior construction industry experience. Company has been serving the Bay Area for about 20 years. This position will report to the Controller. This is a fulltime in office opening. Position Summary:
- Accounting tasks:
- Process Accounts Payables
- Process Accounts Receivable
- Prepare Construction Billings
- Collected labor hours from field staff
- Monitor Job Costings
- Vendor support
- Administrative Tasks:
- Sorting daily mail
- Data entry.
- Maintain files and documentations
- Share in routine office tasks (e.g. answering phones maintaining office supplies misc. logs) contribute to office organizational efforts & filing.
Qualifications: - 2 years of accounting required
- 1 year construction or related industry experinece required familiarity with job costing progress billing and contract administration
- Professional positive interpersonal and customer service attitude.
- MS office proficiency required
- Outstanding written verbal interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English Spanish) preferred but not required
