Job Overview

We are looking for a team lead to drive our new DevOps team forward. You will be responsible to manage a team of talented DevOps engineers to ensure the availability performance and scalability of our infrastructure. You will bring your knowledge to help the team grow overcome challenges guiding them into the best practices and providing access to valuable resources to build upon

Your Tasks

• Manage a team (10 people) of skilled DevOps engineers and help them grow
• Ensure the availability performance and scalability of our infrastructure
• Promote practices like CI/CD and infrastructure as a code
• Manage resources and services in a costefficient manner
• Drive the automation and standardization of our processes

Your Profile

• An open mind and creative approach to problem solving with open sourcebased solutions
• You enjoy guiding and enabling people
• 4 years of experience in leading technical teams like SRE or DevOps
• Experience working with opensource infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Experience working with the Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis of systems and applications (e.g. Zabbix InfluxDB Grafana ...) as well as of automation tools (e.g. Ansible Rundeck ...)
• Handson experience in noncloud technologies is a plus
• Basic knowledge in Linux Python and Kubernetes
• Fluent in English; German Language is a plus
