ME3S Onsite Manager - Aerospace - Hamburg

AXISCADES is looking to strengthen its Team in Hamburg Germany with an experienced motivated and dynamic ME3S Onsite Manager.

Tasks

• Execute priority process planning jobs and Technical clarification to offshore team in India
• Travel to different plants in Germany as per business needs
• Support our project team for invoicing process
• Managing communications between key clients partners and internal stake holders
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Follow up project related and IT issues at onsite to support offshore teamin India
• Identify potential opportunities and work towards to convert them in business
• Planning and presenting reports on account progress goals and quarterly initiatives to share with stakeholders
• Responsible for Revenue Projection and realization
• Collaborate with Partners to identify and grow opportunities within territory
• Reporting and resource management of AXISCADES onsite team for ME3S
• Work estimation submission of proposals negotiating and closing the deals
• Create standard operating work order and instructions with technical data and safety
• Calculate standard timeat routing operating level using tools like MTM 1 & UAS by analysing standard work instructions or operator video
• Creating and Updating scheme of instructions (SAP PEA PEM PGI)
• Digital Mock Up (DMU) data management and allocation

Requirements

• Bachelor or Masters of engineering in Mechanical /Production/Industrial or Aerospace Engineering
• Excellent command of the English and German language verbal and written is mandatory
• 7 years years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Industry
• Must have experience in Time/motion and method study
• Proficient in writing Manufacturing assembly sequence and standard operating procedure (work instructions)
• Knowledge about Manufacturing and Process Planning Methods
• Experience in standard time calculations and bottle neck analysis
• Configuration expertise in Production planning module of SAP
• Hands on ExperienceCATIA/UG NX or any 3D virtualization tools
• Experience on Airbus Tools & Methods is an added advantage
• Hands on experience in MTM tools (MTM Blue Card) highly desirable
