Tasks
- Evaluate current internal processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conceive design and implement streamlined workflows that enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies and frameworks to ensure the scalability of operations in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive informed decisionmaking for process optimization ensuring smooth operation of enhanced workflows.
- Contribute to the documentation of best practices and standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and clarity in processes fostering effective operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business Science or related fields
- Strong problemsolving abilities coupled with a solid technical grasp of IoT and Digitalization concepts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
- Customercentric mindset and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with key decisionmakers
- Previous experience in clientfacing roles ideally within a B2B SaaS startup with a preference for exposure to public transport or vehicle maintenance domains is a plus
