Design Architect

Position: DESIGN ARCHITECT KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Assist Project Architect in coordination and review of development ofarchitectural and engineering constructiondrawings Assists Project Architect with clientand project coordination Provides solutions toresolve design issues Prepares documentationfor analysis and review for specificissues Provides management update andreports Responsible for generatingarchitectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD Revit or other Software Using own judgment and analysis Providetechnical solutions to resolve designissues Compile data and performcomputations Assist Project Architect in reportpreparation Provide project data as requestedby the Project Architect or Project Manager (ie area schedulesbuilding heights number of stories etc) Preparephysical/visual survey documentation Maycoordinate technical and administrative activities with employeesin other disciplines and other departments participating on anassigned project May perform other duties asrequired
