Job Description
This modern boutique real estate group is looking for an experienced Property Manager to support the department in overseeing a clean and tidy upmarket rent roll. As a progressive people focused business this real estate group will offer flexible working conditions to help balance your family or personal commitments.
Suited to either an Assistant Property Manager or an established Property Manager looking for less stress a more supported role or just better working conditions.
A great opportunity well suited to an articulate and professional person who is comfortable working autonomously and within a team. Whether youre looking at 3 full days school hours or full time this is a Property Manager role not to miss.
Requirements
- Be able to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Hold a current Real Estate Certificate
- Own Car and Driving License (essential)
- Be reliable with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- PropertyMe or other Cloud based CRM experience (preferred)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Be comfortable working autonomously and within a team
- Service focused A desire to provide the best possible service to both landlord and tenant
