Nursery Operations Manager

An experienced Nursery Operations Manager is being sought by our Clients supporting 5 nurseries in the Edinburgh and Glasgow areas for a growing provider. The role will encompass all areas of operations including Finances Care Inspectorate Quality and meeting KPIs working alongside and supporting the Nursery Managers and their teams in the delivery of outstanding childcare.

You will need to be experienced in working in Private Day Nurseries have experience of Care Inspections and ideally have had some experience of Multisite manager togeether with all aspects of driving the business side of Nursery Operations together with Quality and compliance. Requirements

Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare

Have at least 4 years previous experience of managing a Day Nursery

Have at least 2 years experience of multi site management

Can inspire energise and support others

Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn

Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations

A firm knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and requirements

Experience of supporting with Internal / External Audits and Inspectorate Inspections
