Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Job Duration: 9 months Contract on W2
Job Location: Richardson TX 75081 (3 Days Onsite 2 Days Remote)
Role Overview:
Were looking for a senior software engineer to help expand our existing platforms and develop new features and products.
Our small fastpaced teams are responsible for creating innovative software that enhances the experiences of both our internal and external clients.
We build apps that enable the application of the tools of modern data science to commercial real estate in order to analyze and forecast market fundamentals across geographies and property types.
These forecasts provide insight as clients evaluate the risks and opportunities that market changes may represent for their investment portfolios.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Develop maintain and upgrade presentation dataaccess and/or database application tiers for clientfacing web applications according to design and/or functional specification.
o Obtain and maintain familiarity (systems classes code) with all *** EA databases and middletier applications to contribute adhoc programming support and bug fixes.
o Implement and maintain unit tests for new codebases and contribute to the maturation of DevOps processes.
o Involved with the investigation and resolution of system and software issues in the production environment.
o Serves as a technical point of contact on client engagements of low to moderate complexity
o Assists with the development and maintenance of internal tools.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or related and 3 6 years of experience
OR
o Masters Degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or related and 2 years of experience
