Job Description
Description of the Work
MUST be fluent in English
MUST have at least 5 Years of ITAD or related experience
MUST work US hours at least at the beginning of training
Looking for candidates who can start immediately.
Train and Lead project managers from various countries to help coordinate and execute projects
Work with the management team and closely with the Director of Service Delivery to help provide great customer support for all global customers
Reach out to vendors customers and onsite technicians via call phone and WhatsApp as needed
Document projects as they get scheduled quoted and pass through various steps of the cycle
Work with onsite engineers and become a translator if needed
Work closely with the executive team and project management team in order to help bring on vendor partners and integrate their services into our company
Help with localizing the brand and developing a strong story for the business
Report to the US Team to help develop strategy while working with other teammates globally in 100 different countries
Develop training material and modules with the management team to enhance team performance
Track KPIs and various performance metrics in order to manage team with a datadriven approach
Ideal Candidate
Very strong EQ and Social Skills
At least 2 years of management/leadership experience preferred
Great opportunity for those who are looking for an early leadership role
Ability to talk to company owners and team members credibly
High level of attentiveness and attention to detail
Fast response time and timeliness of emails/communication
Strong social skills and willingness to travel if needed and/or qualifications are met
We would like to offer a base salary for $60K for US candidates (adjust this based on market) We are also very open to hiring outside the USA as well as nonEnglish speaking countries (if the candidate is good) given that 75% of our business is outside the USA
