Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Regional Territory Sales Manager to join our Force Sensors division.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales and customer support team across Europe. Senior partner of the management in the territory. Coach mentor and develop the team.
  • Monitor and report on all sales activity and results. Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (yearend forecast) by customer product and territory.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities/ market segments within his territory; Increase sales growth and maximize market potential.
  • Selects appropriate subordinate sales staff to ensure smooth growth to support company objectives
  • Organizes and participates in regional meetings to facilitate efficient business practice
  • Willingness to travel across the region up to 50%

Requirements :

  • BS in related discipline; MBA a plus
  • 10 years of significant experience in sales and business development at a senior level position.
  • Experience in sales and business development of Industrial Automation products /Sensors (weighing force) to OEMs (Packaging Robotics Medical Machine Builders Construction Agriculture etc.).
  • Strong business/finance background and experience
  • Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
  • Previous experience negotiating multiyear contracts with large global OEMs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
