• Provide technical leadership and support to team members including mentorship and career development
  
• Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and optimization
  

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
  
• Proven experience as a Technical Team Leader or similar leadership role
  
• Strong technical skills and experience in software development programming languages and technologies
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
  
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  
• Experience in agile project management methodologies
