Job Description

This is a remote position.


Are you a skilled professional with a passion for coordinating seamless corporate travel experiences We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Corporate Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will combine travel expertise with logistical coordination skills to ensure smooth and efficient corporate travel for our organization.


**Responsibilities:**


**Travel Planning:**

Collaborate with corporate teams to understand travel needs for businessrelated activities meetings conferences and events.

Design and plan comprehensive travel itineraries considering transportation accommodations and other logistical requirements.


**Booking and Reservations:**

Utilize travel booking platforms and systems to make reservations for flights accommodations ground transportation and other travelrelated services.

Negotiate with suppliers secure competitive rates and ensure costeffective travel solutions.


**Vendor Management:**

Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors including airlines hotels car rental agencies and other service providers.

Negotiate contracts manage supplier agreements and ensure the delivery of highquality services.


**Logistical Coordination:**

Coordinate all aspects of corporate travel logistics including transportation to and from airports hotel accommodations meeting venues and special requirements.

Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines.


**Travel Documentation:**

Assist travelers with the preparation of necessary travel documents including visas travel insurance and other required paperwork.

Provide guidance on travel regulations and requirements.


**Expense Management:**

Assist in managing travel budgets and expenses tracking expenditures and identifying costsaving opportunities.

Reconcile travelrelated expenses and ensure accuracy in reporting.


**Communication and Support:**


Communicate travel details and itineraries to employees providing clear and concise information.

Serve as the primary point of contact for travelrelated inquiries and support during business trips.


**Continuous Improvement:**

Evaluate the effectiveness of travel processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay informed about industry trends travel technologies and best practices.



Requirements

**Qualifications:**


Bachelors degree in Tourism Hospitality Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience) is advantageous but not required.


Proven experience (X years) as a travel agent or in a similar corporate travel coordination role.


Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams

and external travel vendors.


Proficiency in travel management software booking platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.


Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in travel planning and logistics coordination.


Familiarity with corporate travel policies regulations and industry trends.


Problemsolving abilities and adaptability to address unforeseen challenges during travel operations.


Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
