Job Description
Were looking for a Landscape Technician for our client Home Path Property Management! This position will be based onsite in the greater Milwaukee WI area.

Responsibilities:
- Execute landscape and snow removal work
- Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community on a continuing basis
- Assist Maintenance department as needed as directed
Requirements
- Education level: High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience
- Highly motivated selfstarter who can work with considerable independence
- Strong commitment to a teamoriented approach
- Strong personal skills to interact with tenants contractors and management
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. daily

- Schedule has some flexibility but will generally be MondayFriday 7:30am4pm no overtime.

Education level: High school diploma or equivalent 7+ years of Maintenance or Trades experience 2+ years of Management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Buildium or PM software experience is preferred. Highly motivated individual with exceptional organization skills who can work with considerable independence Strong commitment to a team-oriented approach Strong personal skills to interact with tenants, contractors, and management
