As a Machine Learning Specialist at Companjon you will develop Machine Learning models to enhance pricing and reform the insurance industry from the ground up!

Tasks

• As the first Machine Learning Specialist at Companjon you will kickstart AIdriven pricing models paving the way for the insurance industry of tomorrow
• You assess the current state of Companjons pricing models and develop as well as deploy cuttingedge Machine Learning models to leverage full potential for realtime decision making
• You pay special attention to the scalability of the models ensuring that what starts as B2B custom solutions can evolve into a standard for various clients in regulated industries all over the world
• For that you collaborate with Companjons analytics and data teams as well as tech partners actively contributing your AI/ Machine Learning expertise into Companjon while keeping your colleagues and clients in the loop on the latest AI trends

Requirements

• You are an expert in developing Machine Learning models with a focus on pricing/revenue optimisation preferably within a regulated business environment or ecommerce
• You have a strong foundation in programming with Python/ R and the associated frameworks (PyTorch Tensorflow) and libraries (Scikitlearn NumPy)
• You are experienced in analysing and understanding complex data sets by using for instance Snowflake Databricks or similar
• You stand out with your highly motivated personality characterised by a futuristic mindset and the ability to thrive in a high paced international environment
