Job Description
Role: Linux Engineer
Location: Atlanta GA
Duration: 12 months plus
Required Skills:
- Installing and configuring Linux distributions on new machines and maintaining existing systems
- Should have experience on Kernel Bash Scripting
- Managing the daytoday operations of a Linux system including troubleshooting problems installing patches monitoring server performance and updating software components
- Developing new features for the Linux operating system
- Determining the appropriate architecture for a Linux deployment based on the nature of the application or workload being supported
- Providing technical support for Linux systems including resolving performance issues resolving conflicts between users and handling security breaches
