Our client a prestigious tier one strategy firm seeks a seasoned Senior Manager in Financials Services to join their Belgium team. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to lead and manage crossdisciplinary teams to deliver key insights and big ideas solving for a financial services client s strategic challenges. The Senior Strategy Consultant is an expert at managing a client through change and/or implementing bold new ideas.
Successful senior strategists have a clear and demonstrable track record implementing successful corporate and business strategy brand innovation initiatives and/or integrated marketing campaigns. As a senior manager you will continuously elevate strategic process; bring inspiration to client and lead large teams. Tracks and shares relevant market trends and contributes to the companies thought leadership and marketing initiatives. Senior Managers also lead growth on existing accounts across banking and insurance develop new relationships and provide strategic content on pitches and proposals as necessary.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Oversight
Relationship Management
Manage team and workflow to deliver work on time and within budget.
Identify key engagement touch points for principal and/or director involvement.
Confirm smart timelines and milestones across multiple projects; make recommendations for adjustments based on capacity cost and client needs.
Oversee outside partners and vendors.
Business Development
Cultivate new business relationships and strategically grow existing accounts.
Support new business pitches and proposals.
Own strategic relationships with external partners supporting research and strategy development.
Experience Required:
Qualifications:
10 Years of direct strategy and/or innovation and strategic experience.
Experience working in a consultancy environment delivering to high value clients and managing significant integrated strategy and/or innovation engagements.
Experience in the addressing board room dilemmas and influencing clevel decision making
Experience in managing large teams (People & Project Management)
The ability to develop Clevel relationships and sell to a senior audience
Sharp attention to detail.
Exceptional written verbal and presentation skills. Fluent in English Dutch and French
Superior organisational communication and analytical skills are a must.
A desire to work in a growing valuesdriven organisation.
Experience coaching and mentoring staff.
Full Time
