JOIN OUR TEAM! For our KRAKOW office we are looking for a parttime or fulltime Accountant (m/f/d).

Tasks

As an Accountant within our Team you will support the daytoday accounting/finance operations including:

• Accounts Payable: Make sure we are invoiced correctly and pay our invoices quickly
• Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices for our clients (together with our project managers)
• Bookkeeping: Maintain our accounting books for various legal entities (General Ledger)
• Reporting: Close accounting months prepare reports and settle taxes
• Working with various tools e.g. Jotform Zoho Trello
• Cooperating with vendors.

• You hold a relevant university degree and/or have completed a formal accounting training
• You live in Krakow Poland (or its proximity) and like to work in smaller companies
• You already gathered first experience in the accounting field are good with numbers and work diligently
• You can handle Microsoft Business Central (formerly Navision) and you are proficient with MS Office
• You like to communicate in English (B1/B2/C1/C2) and you are fluent Polish; German language skills will be an asset
• Interest in the field of clinical research is appreciated.
