What the role entails:

• Reporting to the Global Production Manager with a focus on Project Management and Production Management.
• Work and collaborate with all Game Production teams and manage special projects that are not directly Game production
• Champions Agile and Waterfall methodologies where applicable
• Facilitates sprint / milestone planning based on the priorities agreed with the Product Owner
• Manage the overall Production process and liaise with stakeholders in the Product Owners absence
• Monitors production progress liaising with the Development Team and Product Owner to identify and resolve issues when they arise
• Create queries / reports shown in JIRA and Sharepoint.
• Creating weekly status reports based on updates from all teams for an executive audience.
• Inspect & adapt teams performance and processes through tracking and measuring KPIs
• Ensures JIRA is correct and up to date in order to facilitate the automation of resource planning and high level overview of projects
• Assists the Product Owner in coordinating deliveries both internally and externally

What we ask of you

Requirements:

• Are highly organized experienced in running multiple projects and delivering to tight deadlines.
• Have a yescando attitude you are a person that is a doer and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Have an abundance of engaging leadership.
• Are fluent in English.
• Experience in using Jira Asana and/or other project management tools.
• Detail oriented organized and focused on quality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with different organizational levels as well as ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Knowledge to act as a mentor in helping the team understand Agile principles and practices

Preferences

• Strong preference will be given to those with experience in iGaming Social & Mobile gaming.
• Experience in a multicultural work environment.

• Project Manager Professional certification
• Experience with distributed development across multiple locations
• Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience
• Knowledgeable with JIRA automation eazyBI
• Have experience in extracting and analyzing data to use it to create dashboards
