The captured carbon dioxide can then be reused or recycled as a raw material or completely removed from the atmosphere by safely storing underground. Since we started 15 years ago we have been dedicated to designing a circular carbon economy behind our technology to restore a healthy balance of CO2 in the atmosphere. Today we work tirelessly on our first prototype to make our vision reality.

Tasks

  • Process Optimization: Lead the optimization and scaling of our cuttingedge membranebased carbon capture system. Utilize your expertise in process engineering to enhance the efficiency reliability and costeffectiveness of our technology.
  • Membrane Integration: Work closely with material scientists and chemical engineers to integrate 2D materials and nano porous structures into our membrane prototypes. Collaborate on design iterations to ensure seamless integration and effective CO2 capture.
  • Pilot Testing and Validation: Oversee pilotscale testing of our carbon capture system in realworld industrial settings. Analyze data identify areas for improvement and make datadriven decisions to refine and validate the process.
  • Sustainability and Safety: Champion sustainability and safety practices throughout the process engineering stages. Ensure compliance with environmental standards and contribute to the overall ecofriendliness of our technology.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and researchers to foster innovation and solve complex challenges. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Process Simulation and Modeling: Utilize advanced process simulation tools and modeling techniques to predict and optimize the behavior of our carbon capture system. Leverage data insights to continuously improve and finetune the process.
  • ScaleUp and Manufacturing: Work closely with manufacturing teams to scale up the production of membranebased carbon capture units. Ensure smooth transfer of technology from the laboratory to largescale manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in Process Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field with a focus on membrane technology or carbon capture.
  • Extensive experience in process optimization especially in the development of cuttingedge technologies.
  • Strong background in membrane integration process scaling and pilot testing in industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software allowing for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fastpaced research environment is a plus demonstrating adaptability problemsolving skills and a passion for innovation.
