Our client is an outstanding independent firm known for their excellence in the field. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their thriving team in Bognor Regis.

What's on Offer

• Basic Salary: £21000
• OTE : £25000 £28000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for first 3 months)
• 5 Days a week work pattern including some saturdays (Alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities

• Property Moves: Reaching out to customer after customer about their property move annd identifying and recommending the extra servcies we offer
• Viewings: Arranging and hosting viewings and open days
• Negotiating: Gleaning and dealing with offers from prospective purchasers onceviewings are complete
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers visiting the office and provide excellent service.
• Property Software: Proficiently use property management software to enter and manage relevant information.
• Flexibility: Be adaptable to handle various daytoday tasks within the department when required.

Personal Attributes

• Experience: Previous experience in residential sales desirable but not essential we are looking for a strong customer service or sales background.
• Presentation: Well spoken well dressed and a professional persona
• Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication telephone and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• IT Proficiency: Have a high level of IT experience to handle digital tools and software.
