They are actively seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll for employees ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive payroll records and generate reports as required.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage employee benefits and deductions within established guidelines.
- Handle all aspects of accounts payable including invoice processing reconciliation and effective communication with vendors.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and proactively resolve payment discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in financial reporting and support audits when necessary.
- Engage in cost coding and contribute to budget reporting procedures.
- Ensure all expenses are properly documented with receipts.
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel.
- A relevant qualification in payroll or financial administration is desirable.
- Handson experience with computerbased accounting systems (e.g. Xero).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection principles.
- Alignment with the companys values and a commitment to supporting vulnerable populations.
