Job Description

Our client a dynamic and innovative company in the Cloud Computing and AI area is looking for a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team in Paris France.
As Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in the companys growth by spearheading customer and partner recruitment and driving sales of their cuttingedge global cloud solutions within the enterprise sector in France. This role demands a proactive approach to achieving revenue targets requiring you to collaborate seamlessly with the team to collectively meet overarching revenue goals.
As part of a rapidly expanding global public cloud provider this position offers a unique opportunity for career growth as you guide customers towards leveraging the efficiencies cost savings and rapid innovation afforded by the cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Sales Development for Companys Cloud Products:

As a key player in the team you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan aimed at achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding the companys customer base in France. You will also have the chance to cover the business in the South Europe region.

2. Business Prospecting and Sales Strategy Implementation:

Your role involves identifying new business prospects and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire and nurture new customers contributing to the continued growth in the region.

3. Expert Contribution to Overall Sales Success:

Contribute significantly to overall sales success by providing expert advice guidance and supervision within the manufacturing market ensuring that solutions align seamlessly with industry needs.

4. Robust Sales Pipeline Management and Customer Support:

Build and maintain strong sales pipelines foster CLevel relationships devise account plans and enhance customer onboarding and partner enablement programs. Provide comprehensive presales and postsales support at the account level ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Team Collaboration and Ecosystem Building:

Act as a collaborative team player to help the entire team surpass its overall revenue target. Contribute to a solid ecosystem by offering internal crosstraining sharing knowledge and experiences and fostering a spirit of teamwork. Build and cultivate strong relationships with toptier partners to drive business growth within your market.



Requirements


Excellent interpersonal communication skills; presentation and written communication skills. At least 5 years of sales experience in the related field targeting IT and technology sectors with high level relationship. Demonstrated experience in both selling solution at CLevel. Direct experience with Media Internet Retail and strong relationship highly desirable. Previous experience working as part of a cloud provider (SaaS PaaS or IaaS). Strong nationwide or regional business communities engagement experience is a plus. Comfortable working in a global company with cultural diversity and fastpaced growth. Ability to direct collaborative efforts of resources within a large organization including internal resources external resources and other constituent groups as appropriate. Ability to manage change resolve conflicts and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units; maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Working knowledge of software development practices and technologies highly desired. Fluent in French and English.
