Civil Procurement Engineer - Construction

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in purchasing management foster interest.

Work Experience: Previous civil procurement or construction experience, including understanding of bidding processes, and knowledge of the market and suppliers.

Technical knowledge: Good understanding of construction materials and equipment used in construction, and the ability to estimate quantities and select materials.

Management skills: the ability to negotiate, manage relationships with suppliers, and analyze and evaluate offers to make sound decisions.
