Job Description
Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer, or related field. Training courses or professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL or MCSA may enhance the profile.
Technical Experience: Previous experience in IT and network support. Previous work as a technical support technician or technical support supervisor is an advantage.
Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of operating systems, networks, security software, and remote support technologies.
Problem-solving ability: Ability to analyze technical problems and provide quick and effective solutions.
