Job Description
My client is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Our dealership is committed to exceptional customer service and is looking for a candidate who can contribute to our reputation for excellence in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial and insurance product activities within the dealership.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from vehicle selection to final purchase.
Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions.
Prepare and review financial contracts with customers ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Manage and lead a team of finance professionals providing training and support as needed.
Set targets and manage performance for the finance department.
Collaborate with the management team to strategize on increasing profitability.
Stay updated on market trends and new financial products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive finance management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of lending procedures and regulations.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration or related field preferred.
Proficiency in finance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
