Engineering Manager - Land Development

Salary Range: $116,000 - 150,000

Responsibilities:
- Foster and expand client relationships, identify new project opportunities and make professional connections with current and future clients
- Write technical parts of proposals
- Lead and oversee design for green streets, bicycle path plans and streetscape
- Manage and oversee projects, review technical work, and assist team members
- Engage in contract negotiation, authorize client billing and secure contract modifications
- Lead and communicate with team members to ensure completion of projects
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 8-10 + years of experience working on residential, commercial, or mix-use land development projects
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Business Development Experience
- B.S. in civil engineering (or closely related discipline)
- PE
Nice-To-Have:
- California project experience
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills
