Requirements
- Relevant experience for the position applied for
For DCDP and Above:
- Diploma or Graduation in Culinary or Hotel Management is mandatory
- Must be able to speak in English
- Must be able to lead a kitchen team
- Prepare Duty Rosters
- Kitchen Planning / Management
- Menu Planning
For Cluster & Regional Chef:
Must have led a team of Unit Chefs
Ensure Food Safety Standards are met
Vendor Management along with the Purchase team
Reports Budgets Forecasts Planning
Review Prices Periodically
