Job Description
- Support Regional Vice Presidents and Directors of Operations to facilitate successful financial, operational and clinical outcomes for Shields’ partnerships
- Assist in day-to-day strategy and operations for the region
- Facilitate internal discussions with operations and cross-functional teams collaboration to advance the strategic priorities of health system partnerships
- Develop financial forecasts and detailed data analyses to support decision making
