As the HR Business Partner (People BP) your primary mission is to support the company in achieving strategic goals through effective peopleoriented support. You play a crucial role in advising and guiding managers and employees on a range of HR matters ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. This role requires a dynamic individual who can actively contribute to improving work relationships enhancing morale and increasing overall productivity and retention.
Tasks
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees across the employee life cycle.
- Assist managers in executing individual personnel measures using Workday covering promotions compensation changes onboarding and offboarding.
- Offer guidance on performance engagement absence management and staff planning utilizing relevant KPIs.
- Proactively monitor KPIs related to fluctuation vacation claims and other absences suggesting improvements.
- Advise managers on incapacity to work situations and ensure compliance with sick leave laws.
- Actively participate in the recruiting process including job description development and policy compliance.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of peoplerelated policies procedures and processes.
- Advise managers on team development talent management leadership skills change management conflict resolution and training plans.
Requirements
- Diverse HR experience in fastscaling startups and larger corporations.
- Extensive knowledge of HR core topics labour law policies HR systems and administrative tasks.
- Additional expertise in systems processes compensation benefits performance management and talent development.
- Proficient in interpreting and translating commercial KPIs effectively.
- Fluent in English and relevant languages for respective locations/entities.
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills adaptable to diverse preferences.
