Job Description

We seek an awesome Experienced Administrative Assistant for a music performance coach. We are a dedicated business focused on transforming the lives of singers and musicians. Our mission is to help performers overcome barriers achieve elite status and maintain the joy of their craft through our signature program. We create systems that empower singers with the tools they need to reach their highest potential combining sciencebased practices of mental toughness and performance enhancement.

The ideal candidate should be a caring and detailoriented individual who thrives on planning and deadlines. Your persistence and commitment to personal and professional growth align with our values.

Candidates should have a minimum of two years working as a virtual administrative assistant with video editing and social media management experience.


Main Tasks / Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and coordinating appointments.
  • Assist with pharmacyrelated tasks and personal appointments.
  • Organize program materials assist clients with their queries and generate client reports and files.
  • Assist in organizing and planning events.
  • Help with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.

Social Media Management:

  • Edit YouTube videos and repurpose content for other platforms.
  • Manage YT subscriber requests.

Setups and Branding:

  • Assist with setups using tools like Asana Trello email sequences sales funnels and newsletter.
  • Contribute to branding efforts.

Video Editing:

  • Edit videos for program curriculum and minicourses.


Personal Skills and Qualities

  • Organized and detailed. Good with keeping a calendar that clearly delineates their work.
  • With at least 2 years experience in supporting solo entrepreneurs.
  • Able to provide creative insights and honest opinions to optimize business success and personal development.
  • Able to foster a collaborative environment by actively contributing valuable ideas for continuous improvement.


Skill preferences (not required but would be a PLUS):

Language Skills:

  • Spanish language proficiency.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Kajabi or New Zenler Canva YouTube Streamyard and Acuity. Experience migrating off Kajabi to other similar programs


Budget and Hours

  • $7 to 9 per hour 1015 hours per week
  • Flexible Philippine Time with checkin meetings weekly in Pacific Standard Time.
