Job Description

Job Title: OnBase Document Management Lead (Techno Functional Role)

Location: Warren NJ (Should be able to come to office 3 days a week)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

  • The Document Management Lead is a management position responsible for business and operational support implementation and designing best practices for document management and collaboration products with a focus on OnBase and SharePoint.
  • The position is a technofunctional role that will work in partnership with system architects business stakeholders and senior management to optimize investment and performance within the document management space.

Required Skills:

  • Preferably a minimum of 9 years of document management tool experience focused on OnBase and SharePoint is desired
  • Experience with document management implementations integrations and best practices is desired.
  • Experience leading complex project teams and engaging with senior level business partners is desired.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and application of enterprise architecture principles is a plus.
  • Experience and proficiency in latest versions of OnBase with minimum exposure to v18 desired.
  • Certifications (OCWA OCSA OCAPI) on OnBase are desired.
  • Experience planning configuring maintaining and administering document management systems is desired.
  • Strong knowledge in designing and implementing microservices or APIbased integrations with clear understanding of JSON REST and HTTP standards.
  • Extensive experience in capture process design data capture services barcode processing interactive data capture disconnected scanning advanced capture Outlook integrations & mailbox importer is desired.
  • Experience with developing reusable assets such as prototypes solution designs documentation and other materials that contribute to department and organization effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Experience with creating and/or implementing designs and integration patterns connecting varied technology systems and vendor platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication presentation and technical writing skills with ability to communicate solution recommendations effectively and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing complex IT systems and assessing and evaluating alternative solutions.
  • Content management system experience will be a plus.Testing: Develop test scenarios and define expected results based on specifications and development. Communicate issues and verify resolution.
  • Overall awareness of document management and collaboration tools focusing on OnBase and SharePoint. Including industry research emerging trends in technology and roadmaps for supported applications.

Document Management, on base, SharePoint, Integrations, Microservices, API-based integrations.
